LinkSquares has an incredible opportunity for a Legal Operations Consultant to join the growing Services Team at one of the premier companies in the legal tech space. The successful candidate will be a core member of a growing team and will guide and support customers through technology.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead customers’ professional services projects, providing support and guidance to help customers achieve best practice outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Clients to identify, scope and prioritize service project objectives and timelines as though you were an integral part of their team.
  • Create and maintain services playbook documentation to ensure alignment and accurate results from services project delivery.
  • Configure and maintain LinkSquares software applications in a customer supportive and enabling manner.
  • Perform, manage and coordinate multiple customer services tasks and engagements simultaneously balancing one-time and recurring activities.
  • Adapt to customer needs through creative problem solving and a thorough knowledge of how LinkSquares systems work.
  • Keep customers up-to-date on service delivery with status reports and status meetings;  Facilitate touch points in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the LinkSquares account team to ensure a great customer experience across functions and through the customer lifecycle.
  • Provide services in both onsite and remote capacities based on the needs of the customer.

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience reviewing and managing contracts; ideally utilizing CLM software
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in a customer facing role either as a Consultant, Attorney, Paralegal, or Legal Operations Manager.
  • Experience managing and building workflows using a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution like LinkSquares, Ironclad, Evisort or another comparable CLM system
  • Proficient at using technology in a business environment
  • A team player who is accountable and does what it takes to ensure successful outcomes
  • Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • This is a hybrid in-office role working out of our Boston office
